I actually have same issue as before and by following the steps provided below fixed my issue, I hope this works for you as well I know some methods are already done, but it it better if you follow this step by step: First method is to reset the Windows update components using the powershell command below. Did you try to update with Windows 10 update assistant? May be it work? Try to reset PC, and setup again. Scan Disk errors. Remove and insert hard disk and RAM again.
